The other day while making some tapas I decided that I wanted to whip up some hummus to enjoy as a dip but didn’t want to make a bog standard traditional version, I had to pimp it up a little.
I ended up making this colourful version that includes some delicious sun dried tomatoes and a handful of fresh basil! Perfect side additional to any dinner party or something to dip your cut up vegetables!
- 1 Can Chickpeas (drained)
- ½ Cup Sun dried tomatoes
- 1-2 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- Handful of fresh basil leaves
- Throw all ingredients into a food processor and blend until everything has been incorporated.
- Spoon out and enjoy your freshly homemade delicious hummus!
