Smoothie time again and this red summer smash smoothie ingredient list is packed with seasonal goodness.
With my busy schedule at the moment I sometimes find it hard to get around to making and baking all of the things I would like to do or then all of a sudden the fresh food or vegetables over night start to turn a little off.
I started to get around this issue with my smoothies by making up little smoothie bags and placing them in the freezer for when I need them. Adding all of the ingredients apart from the milk/water into small kitchen plastic bags makes it super quick and easy to make up a cold refreshing smoothie whenever you need it and also stops the ingredients from going bad.
- ⅓ Cup Raspberries
- ½ Cup Sliced Strawberries
- ⅓ Cup Red Currants
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Milk/Yogurt/Water
- Place all of the ingredients into a food blender and process until nice and smooth.
- Pour and enjoy!
