I was trying to use all B word’s for the title of this latest recipe but other ingredients had to appear somewhere so this is your BBBBCWS recipe!
I wanted to bring you some amazing new fun and delicious smoothie recipes to start the New Year off with a great start as some of your bodies may need it after all of the recent celebrations that have been happening.
This smoothie includes the addition of some large oats in the mixture and delicious coconut water to add some extra flavour and texture to your morning smoothie!
- ½ Cup Coconut Water
- ⅓ Cup Milk or Yogurt
- ½ Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- ⅓ Cup Large Oats
- ⅓ Cup Fresh Spinach
- Place all ingredients into a blender and processor until nice and smooth
- Pour and enjoy!
